Meet The Arise Team

Alexandra House, LPC

From my perspective, life is an experience. It’s an amazing gift. I know my purpose & passion is to guide others to live it to its fullest. You’ve got one shot. Like a cardiogram, we experience highs & lows with pause in-between. Every one of us needs help, outside perspective, the listening ear, & someone to set us back on the path, especially while in crisis. The ability to look in the mirror, identify & ask for help is truly the mark of an amazing being.

“If you’ve found yourself here, thank you for being awesome.”

I’ve dedicated my life to what brings me joy. It happens to be being there for others when they need it most. Watching my clients heal & learn to love themselves & others is my passion. I’m experienced, qualified & motivated to be there for you.

I know you will see & feel the difference of how we work. I have and it’s translated to faster, better, more empathic comfortable healing.

Hey, I love working here too…

During my years of tenure as a professional counselor I have found a few simple truths. Anxiety is real. Anxiety is real & it is ok. Let’s turn it into a strength. Trauma, depression & abuse are real. Heal them & become stronger. Everyone deserves help & no one should go through it alone. Perhaps its lack of sleep, lack of self-care, lack of motivation, intrusive thoughts, diminishing personal connections, avoiding social engagements, over/under eating, or removing ourselves from the ones we love. Most of us will experience these very real issues at varying levels during different points in our lives. I’ve been there & I get it.

“Everyone deserves help & no one should go through it alone.”

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I will utilize my years of experience & proven methods to deliver the most comfortable, supportive & best therapy experience. The Treatment of Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, & Abuse is my forte.  I value my education, empathy & therapy acumen. If you are looking for help & the right fit, I would like to share this with you.

Stephanie Paige, LPC

My passion for healing comes from my own life experiences realizing the importance of support as I discovered who I am and how I want to live my life. The journey is a road full of twists & turns, joy & pain, surprises & adventures each leading us to our own perfectly imperfect path. It takes great courage, strength, and vulnerability to say, “I’m struggling.”  It is also the very essence of what makes you human, and why I became a counselor. Guiding the practice of healing, transforming, & obtaining inner peace within ourselves is what drives me.

“If you have come this far, you are already on the path to healing.”

I am here to provide that support to you along your journey, to listen, hold space, and let you know that you don’t have to go through it alone.

“Driven to Heal Others”

As you are discovering who you are and how you want to live, I will provide a safe place where you can and deserve to be heard. My pledge is to guide you through building self-confidence, self-worth, and knowing that you are good enough to be authentic in every way. My promise is to always operate with the ARISE “Standard of Care”. I appreciate setting a standard for counseling together with Arise.

I know you will too.…

In Japan originates the art of Kintsugi. Broken & cracked pieces of a ceramic bowl or vase are filled with gold to create a new item. Often, we feel as if we are broken down or have lost part of ourselves due to the traumas in our life. Some of us have been told we are not good enough, not smart enough, not attractive enough, and so on. Perhaps you have experienced a tremendous loss, life transition, trauma, or abuse. Each of these experiences has the potential to harm you, disconnect you from your sense of self, lead you to feel less than what you once were. It is my commitment to pick up the pieces of your vase with you, mend them with gold, and create something much stronger, unique, & more beautiful than before. Broken does not exist. A new piece of artwork does…

“Broken does not exist. A new piece of artwork does..”

Michelle Forte, LPC

My mission as a counselor will always be to assist others while they write their personalized instruction manual entitled, “How to Do Life Better: A guide to making meaningful connections, finding your own value, and living a life with purpose”. Life can be complex, confusing, & also amazingly rewarding. It certainly doesn’t come with a manual or even a road map. You have the pieces to put it together & I am committed to helping you find the strength to arrange them to build the life you deserve.

“It’s time for you to be the author of your own story”

“A Partnership of Trust & Respect”

As we build your best life, I’ve found a few truths that facilitate the best healing. Among these are Trust & Respect between us. I am committed to providing an atmosphere where you will feel free & comfortable every time. The ARISE “Standard of Care” is my helpful guide & I love charting new territory in the field of building our best lives.

During my decade of experience as counselor, I have been privileged to work with a diverse range of individuals. One uniting theme is always clear. Take one step in the right direction & life will take two. No matter how far away from your path you may think you have gone, you are always one step away from taking an entirely different course. Sometimes all we have is the fire that burns inside us. Let it be the light that guides. Travel far enough down a long journey & you will find that you’ve come so far, turning back is not a option. Travel with a guide, and the journey becomes an adventure. I thrive on being part of the adventure & watching others step completely into their power.

“Sometimes all you have is your fire. Let it be the light that guides you.”

It is my calling to have the courage & compassion you need in a guide while you walk through the past, refining it into your greatest strength.  I pledge to always operate with the ARISE “Standard of Care”. Standards are forever ours…

Working with horses is a love of mine. The relationship is simple. Show them kindness, gentleness and trust and a lasting connection is built. This is a lesson that I carry throughout my life & work. Relationships are necessary for happiness & growth. Good ones are grounded in trust. The best are with ourselves.

“The best relationships are with ourselves.”
