Meet the Arise Licensed Professional Counseling Team

Alexandra House, LPC

I’ve dedicated my life to what brings me joy. It happens to be, being there for others when they need it most. Watching my clients heal & learn to love themselves & others is my passion. I’m experienced, qualified & motivated to be there for you.

“You’re amazing just the way you are. It’s time you know it.”

During my years of tenure as a professional counselor I have found a few simple truths. Anxiety is real & it is ok. Let’s turn it into a strength. Trauma, depression & abuse are real. Heal them & become stronger. Everyone deserves help & no one should go through it alone. Perhaps its lack of sleep, lack of self-care, lack of motivation, intrusive thoughts, diminishing personal connections, avoiding social engagements, over/under eating, or removing ourselves from the ones we love. Most of us will experience these very real issues at varying levels during different points in our lives. I’ve been there & I get it.

My specialties are the treatment & healing of

  • Anxiety

  • Trauma

  • Depression

  • Abuse

  • Narcissistic Abuse

  • Traumatic Life Events

“Proven Methods & Experience”

I believe in a full healing & dedicate myself to being there from start to finish. My promise is to always operate with the ARISE “Standard of Care” to achieve the best results in the most comfortable setting.  I’m devoted to changing the view of mental health hand in hand with ARISE. I know you will see & feel the difference. I have and it’s translated to faster, better, more empathic comfortable healing.

I am a trauma informed therapist, passionate about helping others rewrite their narrative. I want you to feel empowered and identify your value in this world. I am EMDR trained and have seen its effectiveness. I love musical theater, going to the gym, attending church and spending time with friends and family. I value the importance of having pets to love for their comfort and support. My fur baby is a Yorkie Pomeranian named Peanut. I am an Arizona at heart and love to swim during the summer and hike during the cooler seasons!

Kayleigh Lindsay, LAC

I value providing a safe and engaging space for my clients to tell (and feel) their stories. To be human is to face emotional trials and traumas. While learning to heal through my own struggles, I’ve discovered my passion to empower others to do the same. I love helping my clients discover what it means to live in alignment with who they truly are, and not in the veil of trauma.

“Behind all of us is our shadow, & in front, the light.”

I am a Midwesterner at heart and a Phoenician by choice. A big part of my culture I carry with me is rooted in caring for others while honoring my own compass. For me, staying active is paramount to our mental wealth. I prefer to take the calculated risk than the guarantee of mediocrity and encourage others to do the same. I aim to stay knowledgeable & sharp in the most effective approaches to delivering  therapy. Bringing all of my energy, while creating a relaxed & relatable atmosphere to every session is my mission. I would love to work with you. You are worth this.
